Official rules

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Ontario who live in Halton, Hamilton, Peel, or Waterloo Region, and to existing clients of Michelle Hawco (“The House Mom”) living elsewhere. Must be 18+. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor: Michelle Hawco, RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc., Brokerage (the “Sponsor”).

How to enter: During the Contest Period, complete the Sponsor’s one-question survey on the ClickFunnels page and submit your name, email, and city. Answers are private and visible only to the Sponsor.

Optional bonus entry: share a Story tagging @thehousemom (see Bonus Entry).

Limit: One (1) main entry per person. One (1) bonus Story entry max per person. Multiple submissions from the same person/email may be disqualified.

Prize / ARV: One (1) winner will receive a Local-Love Basket sourced from small businesses (ARV $___). Prize not transferable; no cash value; substitutions at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner selection: Random draw from eligible entries on or about Jan 21, 2026.

Odds: Depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner notification: Sponsor will contact the selected entrant by email. The selected entrant must respond within 72 hours and correctly answer a skill-testing question to be confirmed a winner. If not confirmed, another entrant may be selected.

Publicity: By entering, winner consents to the Sponsor naming them (first name, initial, city) on social media/email.

Privacy: Personal information is used only to administer the Contest and for communications you explicitly consent to (see consent on entry form). Data is not shared/sold.

General: Sponsor may cancel/modify the Contest for any reason, and disqualify entries that don’t comply. Instagram/Meta are not associated with this Contest.
